Arthur and Verd Consulting (AVC) – Our client, an indigenous company providing cleaning and janitorial services and based in Lagos State, is looking for competent candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales and Operations Manager – Cleaning and Janitorial Services
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos.
Job Type: Contract

Job Description
The person will be responsible for managing all accounts we perform Janitorial projects, developing a professional relationship with customers and identifying / selling add on services as needed. Other duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Maintaining adequate cleaning supplies at all accounts.
  • Managing labor and supply cost to maximize profit
  • Training all project to perform janitorial services to company standard.
  • Increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Development and management of the departmental budget to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Ability to interact effectively with executives, co-workers, and all outside reps and or vendors.
  • Track and report updates on all ongoing projects
  • Generate new business in the area of builders clean, while effectively managing all existing clients, within and outside Lagos

Requirements

  • Preferred Candidate must have 4+ years of management experience, excellent computer skills, strong business, sales & marketing skills, and currently lives within Ikeja and its environs.
  • Minimum of B.Sc. in any related Management field
  • Professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Previous Management experience in Janitorial and cleaning services.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent skills motivating and managing upwards of 15 employees.
  • Strong business and marketing experience in B2B and B2C markets
  • Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Ability to speak clear and effectively for presentations, key customers meeting, and engagement with executive management
  • Both sales and marketing management experience at a senior level
